Package Bookings:
One appointment must be booked initially. Subsequent bookings for your selected package should be booked using the customer panel link provided in the confirmation email.

Booking Policy:
24 hour notice for booking appointments would be great but if you need something at short notice please use the details in the contact page.

Reschedule Policy:
24 hour notice for rescheduling, but things happen!  Please use the details in the contact page if you need to reschedule at short notice.

Cancellation Policy:
24 hour notice for cancellations seems fair!

Student Bookings:
If you’re availing of the Student Coaching and Training Services it’d be ideal if you’re a full time student.

Payment
All services are paid by bank transfer and Carmel will provide bank details.

Refund Policy:
In the event a refund is required, please contact Carmel and it’ll be arranged as soon as possible.
