For healthy self-confidence, we do something or have reason to believe, based on past performance, that you can. Confidence is about being the person we are when we’re at our best, rather than trying to copy what it looks like in someone else.
We can all have un-useful behaviours/habits, restricting/negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in our present life.
We may even consciously know what they are but can’t seem to overcome them. These patterns of behaviour can stop us achieving what we want in our life and can affect our self-confidence, happiness, self-perception, contentment, focus and motivation.
My coaching can help you break free of any limiting behaviour patterns holding you back and help to introduce new supporting behaviours to help you move forward and build self-confidence.
New supporting beliefs can also be integrated which can open up new doors to unleash your potential allowing you to feel more in control of who you are to have a greater sense of personal freedom and confidence to step into who you want to be.
