For healthy self-confidence, we do something or have reason to believe, based on past performance, that you can. Confidence is about being the person we are when we’re at our best, rather than trying to copy what it looks like in someone else.
We can all have un-useful behaviours/habits, restricting/negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in our present life.
We may even consciously know what they are but can’t seem to overcome them. These patterns of behaviour can stop us achieving what we want in our life and can affect our self-confidence, happiness, self-perception, contentment, focus and motivation.
