Booking Policy:
24 hour notice is required for appointments, however if you need something at short notice please get in touch using the details on the contact page.

Payment:
Payment is payable before or on the day of the session.  All services are paid by bank transfer, details of which will be shared after booking. 

Programme/Package Bookings:
One appointment must be booked initially.  Once payment has been received, subsequent booking options for your selected package will be made available to you.

Rescheduling and cancellations:
24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.  The full fee is payable if 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment.  Please use the details on the contact page if you need to reschedule at short notice.
